Techknowledge Open Systems envisions itself as part of a non-racial South Africa, where all people are entitled to respect based on the human dignity and being evaluated and treated according to their potential, performance, ability and other factors over which they have control and not according to heredity or heritage. To this end we have been an integral part of McCord Hospital, an 80% previously disadvantaged people’s institute. The past ten years has seen many unskilled employees take pride in their achievements as they overcame their lack of education in the IT field as they reached their goals. We form business alliances with many BEE companies depending on the relevant project and are well placed in transferring the necessary skills to such companies for the ongoing day to day servicing of the client under our supervision
